General medical examination
Examination by specialist
Hospitalization
Emergency room
Laboratory tests
X-ray, Ultrasound and imaging
Medicines
Expenses for transfer of deceased to his county of origin up to a
max’ of 20,000 NIS
Emergency dental treatment (up to 800 NIS
Evacuation by ambulance due an emergency event and
medical expenses of the treatment in the emergency room
All hospitalizations expenses and treatments up to the sum
of 400,000 NIS for a period

Exceptions not covered

Psychological services, nursing care, genetic testing and birth
Medical incident prior to commencement of insurance or follow
up treatment in cases of acute diseases
Self-imposed injury, automobile accidents and work accidents

General clauses

The proposal is subject to the terms of the policy which bind
the insured
Each insured must provide a signed declaration of health
The insurance is suitable for foreign insured from the age of
three month until 65 tourists or workers
Freezing or canceling the insurance is possible at any time
